Bug Report: Global Entity Animation Freeze
Status: Reproducible on PC Emulators
Minecraft Version: Build 26.12
Platform: Android (via Bluestacks)
There is a total failure of the animation system for the player character, other players, and all mobs (passive and hostile). While entities move through world space, they remain in a static "Base Pose" with zero limb movement, walking animations, or idle cycles.
Bug Impact Scope
| Player (Self) | No walking, jumping, or hand-swinging animations. | Broken |
| Other Players | Slide across the ground in a static pose. | Broken |
| Passive Mobs | Pigs, Sheep, and Horses slide without leg movement. | Broken |
| Hostile Mobs | Skeletons and Creepers lack attack/walking frames. | Broken |
| UI/Inventory | Item icons and menus render correctly. | Functional |
System & Environment Details
Host Device: PC Laptop.
Operating System: Windows 11.
Primary Emulator: Bluestacks (Latest Update).
Secondary Test: MuMu Player (Issue persists).
Graphics Engine: Tested on both OpenGL and DirectX
Troubleshooting Performed (Isolation Steps)
Add-ons/Textures: Removed all packs and tested on a "Vanilla" world. The issue persists, confirming it is not a resource pack conflict.
Reinstallation: Full clean install of Bluestacks and Minecraft. Issue remains.
Cross-Emulator Testing: Tested on MuMu Player with raw gameplay settings; the animation freeze is identical across different emulator engines.
⭕Steps to Reproduce
Launch Minecraft Bedrock on a PC Emulator.
Load any world (Existing or New).
Observe the player character in 3rd person or move past a mob.
Result: The entity will move its location in the world, but the model remains frozen in a static pose.
