Water fog in sulfur caves is blue

The bug:

Water fog in sulfur caves is blue, probably because the sulfur cave uses the default fog setting, which has blue water fog.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enable the Chaos Cubed Game Drop Experiment (Drop 2 2026)

2. Look for a sulfur cave with /locate biome

3. Once in the sulfur cave, place some water

4. Enter the water and notice the fog is blue.

Expected result:
Water Fog in the sulfur cave should be green, as the water is green there

Observed result:
Water Fog is blue in sulfur cave
