My Minecraft Bedrock game fails to connect to online services (Servers, Marketplace, Inbox, and Dressing Room), resulting in an infinite loading loop (spinning icons) despite a stable and strong internet connection. Wanted to play in the Hive server so bad but the issue is hindering and frustrating! PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE ASAP Mojang!
Steps to reproduce the issue
Launch Minecraft on an Android 11 device
Sign in to a Microsoft Account (if not already signed in).
Attempt to open the "Marketplace" or "Dressing Room" from the main menu, OR navigate to the "Servers" tab.
Observe that the UI elements remain in a loading state indefinitely.
Expected result
The Marketplace, Dressing Room, and Server list should populate within a few seconds of opening, provided the device has an active internet connection.
Actual result
The screens display a permanent loading animation. Servers show "Pinging..." or "Coming Soon," and Marketplace content never appears.
Device: Realme c11 2021 (Android)
Version 26.12 (Tiny Takeover)
I also have this bug, but it only affect the servers for me, I have servers images and description, but the ping keep on loading indefinitely. Once I click a play button for a server, I’m stuck on a “creating world : loading ressources” screen forever. When I try to exit the game via the home menu I have a error “You’ve quit the game because an error has occured” which may indicate the game Frozen or crashed.
I play on a Nintendo Switch oled.
