I think I have the same issue and I can try to add detail to help identify and resolve the problem. I also play on Nintendo Switch.
First I have to say that I had some issues prior this update, since some updates ago, but don’t remember exactly when. Once I was in the servers tab most of the times servers images and description would not load and all I was left was loading circles. I had to reboot my games a few times to be back to normal. I don’t think it was m'y internet connection since I have fiber and a decent dataflow/rate (don’t know the exact word).
Now since 26.10, once in the servers tab, all the images and descriptions load just fine but the ping just keep loading indefinitely and the number of players in the server is stuck to 0. The play button thought is still usable and once you click it you are stuck in the server loading screen forever, at the “creating world : loading ressources” step and the background image does not move anymore which might indicate that the game is freezing or crashing. This is can be true because once I get back to the home menu and try to exit the game, the console give me a crash screen “you’ve quit the sofware because an error has occured”.
I’ve tried to play bedrock on my PC and all was good with the servers.
