Lag when scrolling in recipe book with R-stick

Issue: Scrolling using R-stick in the recipe book (inventory and crafting bench) is not smooth and sometimes lags. The lag appears to happen when your inventory has many different items in it (which is very common when just casually playing).

How to reproduce:

1: Unlock a decent amount of recipes.

2: Fill the inventory with an assortment of items.

3: Open the recipe book in inventory or in the crafting bench.

4: Select “show all” (only to more clearly demonstrate the bug. It still happens without “show all” if you have enough recipes showing).

5: Scroll down in the recipe book using the right joy-stick (R-stick) and try to scroll to the very bottom.

Expected results: The cursor smoothly and without issue scrolls down the recipe book.

Actual results: The cursor stutters the more different items you have in your inventory, and at some point, just stops completely. It seems to be worse in the inventory recipe book but still happens in the crafting bench. Inventory recipe book comes to a complete halt with approximately half the inventory filled with different items (23). For the crafting bench, this happens with approximately 16 inventory slots filled with different items.

(I’m aware that other players have reported lag in the inventory but this is specifically for when you scroll using the R-stick.)

Videos shows inventory and crafting recipe book scrolling, first with all inventory slots filled with all different items, then completely filled with only 2 different items, and then completely empty.
