I mainly experience this issue when scrolling with the right joystick. The lag gets worse the more different items you have in your inventory. Inventory recipe book comes to a complete halt with approximately half the inventory filled with different items (23). For the crafting bench, this happens with approximately 16 inventory slots filled with different items.

Still an issue on Nintendo switch 1 and 2 on version 26.0.

This happened to me on version 1.21.100.7 on a multiplayer server. I was thankfully able to revert back to an old save. I flew into the portal using elytra. I have been through that same end gateway successfully before, a couple of months ago.
This is still an issue and I’ve also experienced it with chains and glass panes. (Iron golem got stuck in a glass pane window, and copper golems got stuck in chains).
