The Skin wont load (neither from the Marketplace nor Custom) in multiplayer worlds/servers and will replaced by the default skins. However, it totally works in singleplayer worlds.
The first picture shows the state of my skin before entering a server.
The second picture shows the state of my skin in the server after entering it.
The third picture shows the state of my skin after exiting the server.

We're tracking this issue at MCPE-236893, so I will resolve and link this report as a duplicate.
That report has already been resolved as working as intended, which means this is not considered a bug and won't be fixed. Please do not leave a comment on the linked report.
