PlayerSelector not working for non-opped players

So whenever you try to use a command like “/w” with a PlayerSelector as a non-opped which should’ve worked since commands like “\w” are meant to executable regardless of player’s permission level, but it doesn’t and it shows the error text : “<insufficiant permission for selector expansion>”

How to Replicate :
1. Open a world
2. Make sure you are de-opped
3. try “/w @s hi”
