This problem faced me 2 months ago and and after that many bugs happened to my ps5 and faced so many bugs that I will cover soon as it's more important than this 50x times and Id love for this to be fixed and the bugs I will cover soon

You need to enable the "Screen Animations" option in Settings > Video.
