Unable to create a world with multiplayer without PlayStation Plus

Me and my friends are trying to play mc preview bc most of us don't have ps+ and we can't make a world with multiplayer and when we try to make a world the multiplayer tab is greyed out but when my friends that is on ps5 can make a world. It might be a age thingy but my acc is old enough but it still wont let me make a world.
