Same exact problem except for Bedrock Edition on PC. We both have it updated and could connect fine last Monday.
The hot fix hit switch and from I can see it look likes everything works on realms. No compensation for this however from what I can tell…

I have the same issue on my Xbox One S and it has not been resolved. This has been an issue since launch.
I have updated the game and uninstalled it and reinstalled it but that did not work either.

Hell I'm still having some trouble with joining my friends and severs I've even tried changing my settings on my Microsoft acc multiple times it still doesn't work.
I'm having this same problem. Using Bedrock Server 1.14.60.5 on Windows 10. I'm using Windows 10 and 3 Kindle Fire tablets.
The local skins work fine, but all player names show up as Steve iterations. The names show up correctly in the server console when players join and leave the server. None of the profiles are logged in to an Xbox account.

The lag is significantly different. I used a laptop to play Minecraft which was a lot better than this...
Laptop specs:
CPU: Intel i3-6100U
GPU: Intel HD 520 (Mobile Skylake)
RAM: 6GB DDR3
And now I am using a desktop which (said by User benchmark) is a lot better than the laptop
Desktop specs:
CPU: Intel I5-7400
GPU: NVIDIA Geforce 750 TI
RAM: 8GB DDR4
Please fix this bug! I really don't like 10 fps!
Side note: Its not all the time it is little blips at a time that drop down to 5-10 fps if I'm walking or flying or breaking a block.

Just found the actual search field (had been trying to sort by version) and saw that this has already been reported. My bad. Can't figure out how to delete/close this bug report.
i'm not sure if it's a bug or not but so far as i know it's always been short, it's in a radius of the beacon block. i do wish they changed it as well
I did a little more testing
torches gives off light level of 14
problem: the spawner spawns with light level of 12 and under [https://imgur.com/CvMx6Pr
normal condition: higher than 7 would not spawn mobs
p.s. i might ask to keep this kinda nice for hard mode
can we at lest keep this on hard mode 😃 or at lest 13-15 light level keeps the from spawning but ya it's broke in 1.11.0.3
reinstalled minecraft yesterday or day before and then today it stopped working just 20s ago
