Multi-line actionbar messages are not centered

The bug

Unlike title and subtitle messages, actionbar messages with multiple lines of text are left-aligned, not centered.

How to reproduce

1. /titleraw @a actionbar {"rawtext":[{"text":"one line\nanother line"}]}

Expected behavior

Centered text

Observed behavior

Left-aligned text
