End Crystal beam does not renders when texture streaming is enabled

In the latest beta/preview, if you have texture streaming options enabled, the End Crystal beam does not renders, this can be easily observed when respawning the Ender Dragon.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Settings > Video, then enabled “Texture Streaming” and restart the game

2. Join any world, then go to The End, and then kill the Ender Dragon

3. Give yourself a End Crystal, and then summon the Ender Dragon again by placing 4 End Crystal at the End fountain

4. Observe

Expected results:
End Crystal beam are rendered.

Observed results:
End Crystal beam does not render at all.
