Banners wave animation BUG

It makes the wave a animation, it just seems to be slower and more subtle than the other editions.

However, this issue has been closed as Cannot Reproduce.

There is a slight glitch in the animation, but this is covered by MCPE-31191 (currently decided as Won't Fix)
