Trying to download the add-on RealismCraft 2.4 from the “Create from template” screen always shows the error message “something went wrong”. Restarting the console, sign-out/in, troubleshooting, clearing the cache and all tips found online won’t work. Downloading any other add-on from the “create from template” screen works fine.
However I am able to download RealismCraft 2.4 if from the home screen I go to Marketplace->Marketplace pass->Content then select realismCraft 2.4->press A and this takes to a new page to download/buy then I proceed to donwload and it does this step successfully but on the 2nd step it will go to +80% and then go back to ~35% and when it reaches 98% it suddenly shows a message that it downloaded fine (at this point I see again the download button, if I press it then it starts downloading again), but then the game freezes and becomes very very slow, unplayable, at this point the best is to restart, once I restart then if I go the “crete from template” and try to create a worl using realismCraft 2.4 it will show the error originally described, howere I can still enable realismCraft 2.4 when creating a new world (not using the template) and that seems to work fine but I can’t see the new blocks or weapons that you can only see using the template.
Steps to Reproduce:
Go to “Create new world”
In the Marketplace Pass section in “Create from template”, click on RealismCraft 2.4
see the error message and my kid starts crying
See video attached, here I show that any other add-on works fine except for RealismCraft 2.4
Observed Results:
Something went wrong. Please try again later
Expected Results:
The download should start.
Workaround:
Download the add-on directly from the Marketplace, it will make the game very slow so restart and activate realismCraft creating a new (or existing) world OUTSIDE the template, otherwise it won’t work, but doing it this way you won’t see all the features from realismCraft like new blocks or weapons, etc.
