A high amount of players in algeria can't join 3rd party servers entirely

3-4 months ago when we updated Minecraft we faced a problem that caused some players from algeria to not be able to jon any 3rd party servers.

I at first thought it was some network problem but most games worked fine and even java worked normally it's just bedrock edition and we kept getting the multiplayer error but when asking friends all of them had that problem tho when i asked online it was mixed, there were about 30-37% of players (percentage isn't accurate at all it's just an estimation) who were able to join 3rd party servers but the rest were just in the dark
