Yes it happens in singleplayer and multiplayer
I now just tested it but it was just problem accruing in the server but in my world and other server ot was fine so i guess it's a problem in the server I'm sorry for taking long and for this false alarm 😓🙏

Yep still happening even after disabling all texture packs
It was working in the 1.20.81 the second i updated and got back to the server it wasn't possible for some reason
Though it was supposed to be there for players to put their unnecessary items 😕
