In spli-screen mode, the second player(bottom screen and operator) is unable to change the gamemode through the settings menu, even when they have “operator” permissions
Steps to reproduce:
Start a world in split-screen on Playstation
Grant”Operator” permissions to the second player(bottom screen)
Have the second player try to change the gamemode via the Settings menu
Observed Results:The menu option is locked or unresponsive for the second player
Expected Results:The second player should have full operator control over their gamemode via the menu
