The game does not launch properly when opened. Instead, it causes the entire screen to freeze. When ctrl+alt+delete is pressed, the screen goes entirely black for a few seconds before the Windows Security dialog box opens; opening the Task Manager from that screen also causes the screen to turn black for a few seconds before it loads, but the game can then be closed from the task manager.
Occasionally, launching the game will have one or more of the following additional effects:
-causes WebGL to break in open browsers until the browsers are closed and reopened.
-causes everything on the desktop (background and icons) to turn completely black until refreshed by selecting it
-causes elements in Task Manager to turn completely black until hovered over
For these reasons, I believe the game is causing issues with the graphics driver.
The issues occur whenever I launch Bedrock Edition, whether from the Minecraft Launcher, from the desktop, or from the Windows “run” dialog box. They do not occur when launching Java Edition.

Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 PRO 5650G with Radeon Graphics (3.90 GHz)
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics (496 MB)
I have not discovered any other program that causes similar issues on launch. For this reason, I believe that the issue lies with the game and not with my hardware.
