Inconsistent naming for the Mace and its crafting component (Heavy Core).

There is a direct contradiction in the naming of the new weapon and its part:

• The weapon itself is named "Палица" (Mace).

• The crafting component (Heavy Core) is translated as "Навершие булавы".

The Issue:

This is extremely confusing for players. If the component is for a "Булава", the weapon cannot be called a "Палица". Furthermore, Java Edition uses "Булава", which means Bedrock has an internal inconsistency AND a parity issue with Java.

Proposed Fix:

Change "Палица" to "Булава" to match its own crafting component and the Java Edition localization.
