When i play on pc with my friend who plays on xbox with a different account, and change my cape it changes his too on both sides (and vice versa) even if he doesn't own the cape in question.

Hi, do you mean the elytra texture changes when one of you equips the cape, or do the capes also change?
That's happening to me in Android. 😢
When you change your cape, change to my friend, so the armor stand have this same issue.
