The following blocks have different behavior when a sulfur cube absorbs them compared to Java Edition:
Block of Resin, Resin Bricks, Chiseled Resin Bricks: Give the Bouncy archetype, whereas on Java Edition they give the Fast Flat archetype
Slime Block, Honey Block, Sculk: Give the Bouncy archetype, whereas on Java Edition they cannot be absorbed at all
Ice: Gives the Fast Sliding archetype, whereas on Java Edition it cannot be absorbed at all
Ancient Debris: Gives the Regular archetype, whereas on Java Edition it gives the Slow Flat archetype
Bedrock, Reinforced Deepslate: Give the Regular archetype, whereas on Java Edition they cannot be absorbed at all
Jack o’Lantern: Cannot be absorbed at all, whereas on Java Edition it gives the Fast Flat archetype
