The sound for igniting Sulfur Cube with TNT inside does not match the TNT block

The bug

The ignition sound for the Sulfur Cube with a TNT inside is pitched lower than the sound used by the TNT block.

To repro:

1. Spawn a Sulfur Cube

2. Put tnt in it

3. Ignite it

Expected results:
The sound matches the TNT block.

Actual results:
The sound is different from the TNT block.
