Minecon cape not displaying on my character

When I started my game I noticed that my cape wasn't displaying, and then I went in game it wasn't showing up either. I already tried relaunching the game and trying to switch between two different skins to try and reload it. I have even tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. I have also tried restarting my phone

Also, I can not for the life of me figure out how I can set this issue to resolved, apparently its intentional that you don't see the cape

Ignore the first edit, this is apparently a real bug.

It also is not showing up on the Windows 10 version either, and the cape was showing right before I updated
