Signs do not maintain formatting/line break outside of edit screen

Steps to reproduce: Put down a wooden sign (any type of wood) or right-click an existing sign. Edit screen comes up. Enter text onto the sign, using the ENTER key to create a line break and move to the next line. Press the ESC key to exit the sign edit screen.

Expected result: Sign maintains the line breaks and formatting created by user

Actual result: Sign text reverts to a single line, extending to the next line only at the character limit of the line. Lines that ended with a line break have a space added to the end.
