When in a realm, formatting codes are removed from item names upon anvil use. This does not happen in a regular world.
Steps taken to reproduce the issue: While in a realm, name an item while using formatting codes. Any valid or invalid formatting code works. A space in front of the formatting code does not work.
What happens when the bug occurs: Item name loses any formatting codes. This applies to previously named items as well.
What is expected to happen: Item name remains unmodified without any changes to formatting code(s).
