Since atlas padding was removed in a recent preview, a few unexpected issues have popped up
Such as heightmaps now displaying incorrectly for Flipbook textures.
It appears as though every single pixel on the flipbook is at its maximum height relative to surrounding pixels without really taking into account the actual heightmap data.
Furthermore, It’s impossible to draw such heightmap (where every single pixel is above all the others!)
Example: Magma block from Vanilla RTX resource pack.

However, I can confirm this will apply to any flipbook texture that has proper PBR texture_set with a heightmap.
This does not affect Default Vibrant Visuals, because it only affetcs the heightmap layer, not normal map or mers.
