In Bedrock Edition version 26.30.28, the changelog states that "Sulfur Cubes can no longer ride vehicles," with a developer note claiming this resolves a parity break with Java Edition. However, this change is based on an incorrect assumption. In Java Edition, Sulfur Cubes are only prevented from riding Boats via the #cannot_be_pushed_onto_boats tag, but they can still ride Minecarts, and this is intended behavior. The Bedrock Edition change incorrectly prevents Sulfur Cubes from riding both Boats and Minecarts, introducing an actual parity break where one previously did not exist for Minecarts.
Steps to Reproduce:
Open a world in the affected Bedrock Edition version.
Spawn a medium Sulfur Cube.
Place Minecarts and boats nearby and attempt to make the Sulfur Cube enter them.
Observed Results:
The Sulfur Cube cannot enter the Minecart. It is also unable to enter a Boat in Bedrock Edition.
The Sulfur Cube can enter the Minecart. It is unable to enter a Boat in Java Edition.
Expected Results:
The Sulfur Cube should be unable to enter a Boat (as intended and consistent with Java Edition's #cannot_be_pushed_onto_boats tag), but it should be able to enter and ride a Minecart, matching Java Edition behavior.

Thank you for your report!
However, this issue is Invalid.
This behavior is consistent between Bedrock Edition and Java Edition, as Sulfur Cube does not enter Boats or Minecarts in either version.
