Sulfur Cube cannot ride minecarts in Bedrock Edition, inconsistent with Java Edition

After Bedrock Edition version 26.30.28, Sulfur Cubes can no longer enter boats or minecarts. However, in Java Edition, Sulfur Cubes are able to ride minecarts normally, and this is considered intended behavior as confirmed by MC-308070. The Bedrock Edition change that prevents Sulfur Cubes from riding minecarts is therefore inconsistent with Java Edition parity.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Launch Bedrock Edition and create a test world.

2. Place a minecart on a rail.

3. Spawn a Sulfur Cube near the minecart.

4. Observe whether the Sulfur Cube enters the minecart.

5. Repeat the same steps in Java Edition for comparison.

Observed Result:
In Bedrock Edition, the Sulfur Cube does not enter the minecart. In Java Edition, the Sulfur Cube successfully enters and rides the minecart.

Expected Result:
The Sulfur Cube in Bedrock Edition should be able to ride minecarts, matching the behavior of Java Edition.
