[MCPE-239418] %-translatables are resolved in the item name above the hotbar

Steps to Reproduce:
Rename an item using an anvil to “%store.csb.terms” for example

Observed Results:
The item name above the hotbar contains the resolved translation.

Expected Results:
The translatable should not be resolved, like with action bar messages or the item name in the inventory.
