Negative XP Command Bug

It is impossible to reduce the Level of a Player with the "/xp" Command. However, this was possible in earlier versions of Minecraft PE. (For Example: "/xp -5L @p") This command should take 5 Levels from the Player, for example if he was Level 15, he's now level 10, but the Command only works with positive numbers in the Beta of 1.2.

Hello,

I'm not a moderator so everything I say is not necessarily correctand is not an order but this bug has already been reported several times on these versions. Please check if a bug has not already been reported before you report it yourself (even if you were on the mobile site, despite the fact that it is not well organized)

Thanks you 🙂

PS :
From memory, this bug has only been fixed on a version since the addition of the XP command and then reappeared on the following versions. The moderators do not seem to be dealing with this problem because the reports from the addition of the command have still not been classified as "confirmed". If you want more reactivity, try to contact a developer (on social networks for example)

Yeah, my friend tried to use the /xp -4L @p[r=10,lm=4] in 1.2 Build 7 (1.2.0.22), but it said that "@p" was supposed to "be not there"...so he tried using "/xp -4L @a" without the selector arguments and still didn't work.

Then, because I have iOS, I tried doing exactly the same in 1.1.5 and worked perfectly. It gave 4 levels of XP and then it removed them when I was 10 blocks around the command block and when I had had 4 levels of XP. It worked correctly.
