Owned global resource packs remain enabled after switching Microsoft accounts or Marketplace Pass expires, preventing world creation/loading

Steps to Reproduce:

Method 1:

  1. Sign in to a Microsoft account

  2. Purchase a resource pack from the Marketplace

  3. Activate the pack in Settings > Global Resources

  4. Sign out of your Microsoft account in Settings > Account

  5. Sign in to a different Microsoft account

  6. Go to Settings > Global Resources

  7. Notice the resource pack is still enabled

  8. Try to create a world or load an existing one

Method 2:

  1. Sign in to a Microsoft account

  2. Subscribe to Marketplace Pass

  3. Activate a resource pack from the Marketplace Pass in Settings > Global Resources

  4. Wait until the Marketplace Pass subscription expires

  5. Go to Settings > Global Resources

  6. Notice the resource pack is still enabled

  7. Try to create a world or load an existing one

Observed Results:

After signing in to a different Microsoft account or after the Marketplace Pass subscription expires, a notification appears at the top of the screen stating that the resource pack has been disabled. However, if you go to Settings > Global Resources, the resource pack is still enabled, and you will be prevented from creating or loading a world.

When creating a world, nothing happens, and when loading an existing world, a message appears stating that the world contains content you don’t own.

Expected Results:

The game should properly disable the resource pack after signing into a different Microsoft account or after the Marketplace pass subscription expires.

Original Description:

The world creation button doesn't work. Pressing the final button after editing the new world settings doesn't work under any circumstances (this usually triggers world creation).

Do you have any resource packs enabled? If so, does the issue still occur if you disable them?

I previously had an account on this phone with a paid resource pack. When I switched accounts, the game started rejecting interactions with worlds because the current account hadn't purchased the resource pack. In this case, I'd like to point out that the game itself doesn't clearly indicate the issue on this screen. Thank you for your time.
