[MCPE-241119] Minecraft thinks there are packs i dont own though there are no active packs

The game thinks the world has packs i dont own though i have no packs added.

The expected result: Game dont detect unowned packs and will let me in.

the actual result: Game detects unowned packs though there are no packs added.

The steps to reproduce: Add a .mcaddon to world and then switch microsoft accounts and try to enter world and then delete pack and try to enter world

I tried restarting the game and updating it but there was no update.
