[MCPE-239685] Inconsistent Sulfur/ Sulphur spelling

When in the British English language, all sulfur blocks are named as ‘sulphur’ other than using the '/ locate biome' command, where it is named incorrectly as sulfur_caves.

Please note, that mechanics of the game may change between updates.
Things such as graphics, sounds, world creation, biomes, Redstone, villagers, and animals may not work the same in current versions.

The possible reason why it might be intended is internal block, entity, item and biome identifiers need to stay the same in all languages so the game works properly for all players, especially multiplayer situations.
