Ore UI cannot display the Pack Icon for zip-format resource packs/behavior packs correctly.

If you place a zip-format resource pack or behavior package in the corresponding folder under com.mojang, the package icon will not display correctly in the Ore UI.

How to reproduce:

1. Prepare any resource pack or behavior pack.

1. Compress it into a zip file and place it in the corresponding folder under the com.mojang folder.

2. Open the game. You will find that the zip file pack icon cannot be displayed in Ore UI, but can be displayed normally in JSON UI (in the current version 26.30, you can go to the global resource pack, which has not yet been updated to Ore UI).

Expected behavior:

The icon for a zip file should display correctly in the Ore UI.

Actual occurrence:

Ore UI does not display the package icons for zip-format resource packs and behavior packs.
