The subtitles when throwing a potion identify it as “Arrow fired“
To replicate: set your language to “English (United States)” and subtitles turned on, then enter the game and throw any splash potion or lingering potion, and the subtitles will display “Arrow fired“
Luckily, it does not affect the subtitles from the witch, as when a witch throws a potion, it is identified as “Witch throws“
It is a small bug, but it may affect manhunts, minigames, or pvp
