If an enderman holds an enchanting table, it is displayed without a book. This is inconsistent with Java Edition as of 26.1 snapshot 11, in which a closed book is displayed atop the table.
To reproduce:
(in Bedrock Edition) Spawn an enderman, then /replaceitem entity @e[type=enderman] slot.weapon.mainhand 0 enchanting_table
(in Java Edition) /summon minecraft:enderman ~ ~ ~ {carriedBlockState:{Name:"minecraft:enchanting_table"}}
Expected result: in Bedrock Edition, there would be a book on the held table.
Actual result: there is no such book.
