[MCPE-239739] The new achievement cant be obtained using windows and mobile devices

i tried several times but the new achievement “oh-oh” cant be earned. im sure that my world has the achievements turned on.
instead i tried on my ps5 and the achievement works perfectly.

( I dont see other reports like that so i have decided to create a new bug report).

I tried to unlock the achievement today and it worked perfectly. It was probably a Microsoft/Xbox server issue. Thanks for trying to help. Good work!
