In Minecraft Bedrock Edition, when a player uses their hand to hit, break objects, etc., the animation is different and no longer matches the Java version. In older versions of Bedrock (Pocket Edition), the animation was the same as in Java, but since an unknown update, this has been changed to the current animation.
Steps to Reproduce the Problem:
1. Create a world
2. Hit an entity or break a block
3. Switch to third-person view and observe the hit animation
Expected Results:
The animation should be the same in the Java edition
Observed Results:
The animation no longer matches the Java version since an unknown update
This could be described as a parity bug since it is a feature present in both versions, but they behave differently. Furthermore, this was present in Bedrock before, but was later changed for no apparent reason.
