Short description of the issue:
Even when Microsoft Account privacy settings are correctly configured to allow multiplayer, the "Multiplayer Game" toggle in the world settings becomes grayed out and locked with a blue warning message stating that online multiplayer is disabled due to account settings. This blocks players from setting up local multiplayer games properly.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
Launch Minecraft on Nintendo Switch.
Go to "Create New World" or edit an existing world.
Navigate to the "Multiplayer" (マルチプレイ) tab on the left menu.
Attempt to toggle or configure the "Multiplayer Game" settings for Local Play.
Expected result:
The "Multiplayer Game" toggle should be interactable, or the warning should not block the configuration if the Microsoft Account settings are already set to "Allow".
Actual result:
A blue warning box appears saying Microsoft Account settings restrict multiplayer, and the "Multiplayer Game" toggle is completely locked/disabled, making it impossible to change.
Environment:
Device: Nintendo Switch
Minecraft Version: v26.30
