Armor Stands Don't Change Pose When Powered by Redstone

Verification builds:
1.2.0.2 Retail

Summary:
Armour stands are supposed to be able to change their pose according to the strength of redstone power they are receiving. This feature doesn't seem to be working.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Place an armor stand

  2. Power a line of redstone into it

Observed Results:
The stand doesn't change it's pose

Expected Results:
It should react, and change it's pose based on the strength of the signal it receives.

Oh great, you reported it first XD

That's right,but it's another way to make armor stands to pose.Crouch(shift on Win.10),and if you are looking at the armor stand,it will apear a ''POSE'' text.That's it.

Update - This is working as intended, but has slightly different to normal redstone mechanics:
Armour Stands need to be dropped directly onto redstone dust, or on a slab directly above redstone dust, as pictured here:
