Despite being listed in the changelog and having structure variants present in the files, the pale garden and flower forest biomes do not have the has_structure_abandoned_camp biome tag.
This causes the structure to not generate in those biomes, potentially freezing the game when searched with the /locate command (MCPE-240026).
