When the game is updated from version 26.23 to 26.30, the terrain in some chunks of the world becomes damaged. Large areas of water suddenly appear, and the original terrain also malfunctions. Not every chunk is affected; only some chunks experience this issue.
How to reproduce:
1. In version 26.23, create a world using the seed -5550823677378681808
(I believe this issue occurs in every world; this example uses my own map)
2. Use this command to teleport: /tp -1615 61 -214. Wander nearby and load some chunks.
3. Save and exit the world
4. Upgrade the game to version 26.30
5. Reopen the world, and the terrain damage bug appears.
If you create a world in either version 26.23 or 26.30 without upgrading, there will be no issue. This damage only occurs during a version upgrade.
The same problem exists in Beta/Preview versions. When the game is updated from version 26.30.31 to 26.30.32, the terrain damage issue also occurs.
