Minecraft Bedrock no longer imports add-ons/packages while the game is already open

When Minecraft Bedrock Edition is already open, importing multiple add-ons or .mcpack/.mcaddon files no longer works properly.

Previously (older versions like around 1.19 and earlier), I could keep Minecraft open and simply click on multiple add-on files one after another. Each file would automatically open in Minecraft and start importing immediately without needing to close the game.

For example, if I had several add-ons (A, B, C), I could click A and it would import, then click B and it would also import, and so on while Minecraft was already running.

Now this no longer works. When Minecraft is open, clicking on the first file may import it, but any additional files do nothing. The game does not respond or start another import unless Minecraft is fully closed first.

To import another add-on, I now have to:

1. Close Minecraft completely

2. Wait a few seconds

3. Open the next file

4. Let Minecraft launch and import it

5. Repeat the process for every single file

This makes importing multiple add-ons very slow and inconvenient compared to how it used to work.

Some people suggest manually copying files into the Minecraft folders, but not everyone knows how to do that or wants to do it manually. The previous click-to-import behavior was much simpler and more user-friendly.

This issue has been happening for a long time and seems like a regression from older versions.
