It's been showing black lines on the screen Everytime I aim a arrow at a player or a mob I would show a picture but I forget I just wanted to report this bug

However, this issue has been closed as Working as Intended.
If you are referring to the hitboxes, these are now set the same as the Java edition. You can revert to the original MCPE highlighting if you wish, via the settings.
