Multiplayer/social friends no working.

I enter to the game or the miencraft bedrock edition, I see the social is 0 like social (0) and when i click it says error to load and i reinstall the game everything and nothing, idk if is a bug or is my laptop/pc or is a bug from the game, but for me says that on xbox app says i have like 50 friends online and they play minecraft bedrock edition not java edition.

and too it randomly sends me to the principal menu or the menu for play settings and marketplace idk why.
