Exactly the same issue i’ve been experiencing lately. can confirm on Windows 11 Home 25H2 too. On the first glance It seemed like Microsoft-Account related bug so I already contacted Microsoft Support about it but they didn’t know what to do either.

Hi Mojang thank you for somehow fixing the ""bug”” NOBODY ASKED FOR fix (look at the fix vote, duh) because the font you’re forcing everyone to use LITRALLY SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!
people who’s saying that it has readability issue tbh, and this has been one of the most hated aspect in Japanese MCBE community, (search マイクラ フォント on Twitter) please revert or do something about this stupid font that’s as big as an elephant. it LITRALLY RUINS UIS!!!!!!!!!
