If you have any permissions other than just visitor then you are able to break paintings (Deny blocks do not stop this).
1. Place a painting.
2. Take away all of your permissions and then give yourself any singular permission (Doesn’t matter which).
3. You are now able to break any paintings you’d like.
You should only be able to break paintings if you have the “Mine Blocks” permission and the painting you are trying to break is not in an area with deny blocks.
You are able to break paintings as long as you have any permissions at all.
