Sounds with a very short maximum distance produces subtitles further away than it should

Sounds with a very short "max_distance" set in sound_definitions.json (such as crafter.fail) produces subtitles further away than it should, this wasn't the case on Java Edition.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Give yourself a crafter and 2 observer

2. Place observer facing each other, then place the crafter on one of the observer output

3. Slowly walk away from the crafter

Expected results:
Crafter stop producing "Crafter fails crafting" subtitles after 2 blocks, matching Java Edition.

Actual results:
Crafter stop producing "Crafter fails crafting" subtitles after 16 blocks.
