[MCPE-240410] Redstone Dust vertical signal transmission does not connect visually through Glowstone

Glowstone does not stop redstone dust from transmitting signal vertically. However, the redstone dust appears as though disconnected, even though the “cut” portion does not power all neighbors.

The Redstone wire should connect visually, in parity with Java Edition.

Also affects pistons; both pushing and not pushing. Although the top portion does not appear as a bud for pistons, the dust below the piston does not connect.
